Estimated Delivery Dates Disclaimer

Delivery estimates are provided for your convenience and reflect our best projection based on current carrier timelines and inventory levels. While we strive for accuracy, these estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Please note: Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only. For backordered or temporarily unavailable items, we will keep you informed with updated timelines via email as details become available.

For the most current status of your order, we recommend tracking your shipment using the link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Costs & Time Frames 

We currently ship to the U.S.A. (mainland), United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping rates and estimated duties are calculated at checkout.

Please note: All international orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and customs fees as determined by your country’s import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Sea Salt Glow. Your local carrier may request payment upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

U.S. Shipping rates are calculated:

  • Free Standard Shipping | Arrives in 2–5 business days

  • $20 Second-Day Shipping | Delivered in 2 business days
    Order must be placed by 1 PM PST for same-day processing

  • $30 Overnight Shipping | Delivered next business day
    Order must be placed by 1 PM PST for same-day processing

To ensure same-day fulfillment for expedited shipping, orders must be submitted by 1 PM PST on a business day.

Please note, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.

Deliveries to select rural or remote locations may experience extended transit times. Expedited shipping services may not be available in all areas.

At this time, we proudly ship across the mainland United States, and do not ship to:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after our daily shipping cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

We are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:

For Overnight and Second-Day delivery options, a signature may be required upon receipt to ensure secure and verified delivery.

We encourage you to select the shipping method that best suits your needs at checkout.

Please note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization before processing. Only authorized transactions will be fulfilled and shipped.

Shipping Address Disclaimer
At this time, https:/www.seasaltglow.com is unable to accommodate multiple shipping destinations within a single order. To ship to more than one address, please place a separate order for each destination.

We kindly recommend reviewing all address details carefully to help prevent any delays or delivery issues.
Forwarding 
Sea Salt Glow® is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Sea Salt Glow Online is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you’re unable to locate it, we recommend the following steps:
  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or family members who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf
  • Look around your delivery area (porch, garage, back door, etc.)
  • Review any delivery notifications or attempted delivery slips
Contact the carrier directly for further assistance — they may have additional delivery details. 

Note: Sea Salt Glow® monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). 

Sea Salt Glow® reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.

All Sales Are Final 

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team—we’re here to assist and ensure you love your experience.

Orders & Payment 

Order Changes & Cancellations 
Due to the speed at which orders are processed through our warehouse system, we're unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been placed.

Order Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after your order is placed. If you do not receive it within one hour, please contact our Customer Care team so we can ensure everything is on track.
